I look after your IT and your hosting, from updates and backups to help when problems arise.

How we start

  1. Initial consultation

    You describe your situation to me, free of charge and without obligation. I tell you honestly what makes sense and what does not.

  2. Fixed quote

    For projects, I estimate the effort and give you a fixed quote before we start.

  3. Implementation and support

    I implement the solution myself and look after it afterwards. You always have the same contact person.

Frequently asked questions

How is the price for my project determined?

I analyse your requirements in a conversation, estimate the effort involved and give you a transparent price before we start. No surprises. For smaller changes during implementation, we agree in advance how they affect the price.

How quickly do you respond to questions or problems?

Monday to Friday, I respond within 24 hours. At weekends I am not available except in emergencies.

Can we work remotely, or do you need on-site visits?

Both are possible. Most projects run in a hybrid format or entirely remotely via phone, video and screen sharing. For larger installations or security audits, I am happy to visit you on site in Recklinghausen and the surrounding area. We will clarify this in our conversation.

How do you ensure GDPR compliance?

I develop and configure all systems with the GDPR in mind. This includes secure hosting, encrypted data transmission, data protection policies, data processing agreements and regular audits.

I already have an IT provider. Can we work together?

Yes, absolutely. I can act as an additional point of contact for specific projects or as a backup. We discuss the interfaces and work together professionally. It often also makes sense to consolidate certain services in order to save costs.
