No. Starter and Business packages run monthly with 30 days notice. Partner contracts are negotiated individually. You're not locked in.
Both are possible. Most projects run hybrid or fully remote via phone, video and screen sharing. For larger installations or security audits, I visit you on-site around Recklinghausen. We clarify that in our initial conversation.
I build and configure all systems with GDPR in mind. That includes secure hosting, encrypted data transfer, privacy policies, data processing agreements and regular audits. In Business and Partner packages, I document everything in writing and update it continuously.
